DESCRIPTION: Alkyd based matte finish coating applied directly to metal surfaces.
SPECIFICATIONS: Suitable for direct use on rusty surfaces, cleaned of coarse rust, without the use
of primer and plaster. It is an effective anti-corrosion primer and plaster. Resistant to strong sunlight,
humidity and temperature changes. Excellent adhesion to metal surfaces and quick drying
Scope of application: It is used in paint of such metals and galvanized metals as structural steel, cast
iron, machines, garden furniture and benches, elevator, iron gratings. It can also be used to give a
special look to wood and metal.

APPLICATION: The surface must be cleaned of oil and dirt, blown rust should be cleaned with a spatula,
wire brush or grinding material (Р80). When opening the container before painting, mix the paint thoroughly.
Method of application: It is applied in two layers directly on polymetallic, metallic or rusty surfaces.
After the first layer has dried, wait from 30 minutes to 5 hours and then apply a second layer. If after 5
hours the second layer has not been applied yet, it is necessary to wait at least 30 days to apply the
second layer.
Tools used: Brush, roller or paint gun.
Thinning / Mixing Ratio: By applying with a brush, does not require dilution. If necessary, can be
thinned by 10-15% with Panda SYNTHETIC SOLVENT. When applied with a paint gun, can be
thinned by 15% with Panda Cellulose Solvent.
DRYING TIME: 30 minutes, solid drying is reached in 24 hours. The state of final hardness is
reached in 7 days.
COVERAGE AREA: 8-10 m 2/L when applied in a single layer.
SHELF LIFE: It can be stored in a closed container in a cool and dry place, protected from frost and
direct sunlight . For safe storage of the paint remaining in the container after use, thinner should be
added until the paint is completely covered, or the container should be closed tightly and turned 180 ° once or twice.
